Diagnostics
- Inspection: Movement restrictions,
- Neurological Consultation : Reflex reduction, sensitivity disturbances, pain
- Radiation: LWS in 2 levels
- CT, possible. Myelography, nuclear scanning (NMR)
Therapy
Conservative
- Rest in Bed
- Physical therapy: Warmth (e.g. Fango), KG (ISO-METRIC exercises)
- Pain therapy with anti-inflammatory pain means such as Ibuprofen, Diclofenac (Tramal, if necessary)
Operationally: Distance between the disk tissues and the nerve roots. |
